The worlds most simple diet has massive health benefits

You probably saw this webpage and was thinking that it is some sort of joke that carnivore diet is healthy. I can hear you now " What do you mean eating red meat is healthy, you're going to have a heart attack". This has become the topic of great controversy over the past several years. The most notable moment when carnivore became mainstream was when Dr. Shawn Baker was on the Joe Rogan podcast. Since then there has been a rise of other youtube influence many of them doctors who have adopted carnivore diet as their lifestyle and approach to health. 


What are the benefits of the carnivore diet?

The most important benefit that I have noted myself and for my patients is Satiety. This means that you are not hungry on the carnivore diet and rarely if ever have food cravings. This is extremely important when it comes to loosing weight because often times people are asked to adopt a low calorie diet and continue to eat carbohydrates and sugar which causes waves of hunger and cravings.  


Recently Harvard produced a study that looked at the benefits of the carnivore diet. A quick google search for this study will leave you searching for days on end.  In fact the only news i can find on the study was from Israel.

To summarize the study, patient's improved their weight, there blood pressure, their diabetes.  98% of people with diabetes said that it improved or resolved the problem. This is amazing because one of the biggest risk factors to heart disease is diabetes and this study shows how great this diet is at resolving that disease. 


I am a believer in the carnivore approach to medicine and fixing your problem at a foundational level with diet and exercise. If you want to take a carnivore approach to your health and have me work with your chronic illnesses meaning High Blood Pressure and Pre-diabetes or Diabetes then I am happy to work with you.
